To warmer weather we go

Well Colby and I woke up Monday morning and decided that we could not sit here for a whole week and think about what was making Logan sick. Especially because since we found out about the lead we have not changed anything, because we dont know what to change. The lead nurse said you dont have to leave, you are probably just overreacting. But it is words like "probably" "shouldnt" "in most cases" that drove us away. When you are talking about our kids "probably" is really not good enough. And poor Logan has been watched like a hawk and Colby and I are driving ourselves crazy. So we left around 2 yesterday leaving everything in our house but clothes, to avoid bringing the culprit with us. We stopped at Target with some money that my aunt had given the kids when we were last in OK and said "ok shop away" what a mistake, the kids were in joyland, they looked and looked. They all got new cups, a something to sleep with, books and a couple of toys. On a side note Colby and I bought the little hand held 20Q game and it was great, we played with it almost the entire trip! But with fussy kids, bottles and diapers we did not arrive in TX until 4:45 am. Rosa had no nap before we left and only slept twice for about 45 minutes a time. Colby said when she turns 16 she will be allowed to drive all night if she wants. Despite the lack of sleep they were still up by 8 this morning and Ace slept in my arms in a chair for most of the remainder of the snoozing time. So as I type Colby is in the other room sleeping (in his favor he did drive the whole way) but I will get my revenge, when the kids get super fussy I plan on waking him up and claiming my nap! So the plan is to stay in TX until Friday, to OK until Saturday and then to DSM. On Sunday Colby will preach, Monday the lead nurse and inspector are coming, Tuesday Ace has tubes put in his ears and Thursday we go to KC for LTC! How crazy!
